About Me

 

Born in a small town, my journey into awareness and healing was not something I always knew. Like many, my early years and teenage life were filled with challenges, emotional struggles, and a deep sense of disconnection from myself and from life.

For a long time, I searched for acceptance, understanding, and a sense of belonging outside of myself. This inner imbalance often left me feeling lost, uncertain, and disconnected from my true nature.

But those experiences became the turning point of my life.

In 2016, I stepped into the world of yoga , not just as a physical practice, but as a path to understand life more deeply. What began as a search for stability gradually unfolded into a journey of self-discovery, awareness, and healing.

Through consistent practice, I experienced a profound shift, not only in my physical health, but in my mindset, emotional resilience, and the way I relate to myself and others.

I pursued a Diploma in Yoga and a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and Human Consciousness from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar,  deepening both my knowledge and personal practice.

Today, my approach is rooted in intention and sincerity. I believe true transformation is not about quick fixes, but about reconnecting with yourself, learning to build inner strength, self-awareness, and a deeper sense of Harmony. My work is also deeply influenced by an understanding of human behaviour, emotional patterns and tendencies, and timeless philosophical insights.

My work is inspired by a simple yet powerful intention, to help individuals move from restlessness to calm, from seeking outside to connecting within.

I also deeply feel for the struggles many individuals and families face today, the disconnect, the lack of understanding, and the emotional gaps. Through my work, I aim to support people in building a more conscious, empowered, and compassionate relationship with themselves and others.
